Loving Every Part of Your Client
A foundations course in Parts Work, grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS), for coaches
Every client who sits across from you is more than one voice. They're a system of parts, each with its own perspective, fear, and intention. Drawing on the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model, this course teaches you how to work with that system directly, starting with your own presence as a coach, so you can meet your clients with more depth, precision, and compassion than talk-based coaching alone allows.

Course Format
Foundations-level, no prior training required
Live online, small-group cohort, kept intentionally intimate so there's real practice and feedback, not just lecture
A kickoff session, followed by 6 biweekly sessions (2 hours each), then a Post-Program Coaching Session several weeks after the course ends, giving you time to apply what you've learned before we reconvene
About Your Teacher
I'm a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation. My own relationship with IFS goes back 7 years as a client myself, long before I trained to bring it into my coaching. I'm completing IFS Institute’s IFS Foundations for Coaches program in December 2026, alongside training through Conscious Heart Integration and Coaches Rising's Symphony of Self.
Last year, I taught an earlier version of this material to a small group of ICF Colorado coaches. Several told me afterward that what they learned changed how their own clients showed up in session.

FAQ
Do I need any prior training in IFS or parts work?
No. This course is foundations-level, so no prior training is required.
Is this the same as becoming certified in IFS?
No. This course teaches Parts Work grounded in Internal Family Systems, but it isn't an official IFS certification. If you're looking for formal IFS certification, I'd suggest looking into the IFS Institute.
Who is this course for?
Coaches, and related helping professionals, who want a practical, felt understanding of parts work to bring into real sessions with real clients.
Are sessions recorded?
Only the teaching portions of each session are recorded and shared with participants afterward, so you can revisit the material if you need to. The practice and discussion segments, where the real relational work happens, stay unrecorded, to protect the safety and depth of live participation.
What's your refund policy?
Full refunds are available if you cancel before January 6, 2027. After that date, refunds aren't available, but you can transfer your registration to a future cohort. Once the course begins on January 20, spots are no longer refundable or transferable, since the depth of this work depends on a stable, committed group.
How many people are in the group?
This cohort is capped at 16 participants, small enough to protect real safety and depth in the live practice work, which is where the heart of this course happens.
