It doesn’t always take a big event to change your life. Sometimes, a lot of little things, or just life itself causes us or our environment to shift, and what used to feel solid no longer seems to fit.
I’ve been there.
Resilient. Authentic. Present. Intuitive. From an early start as a medical scientist, and a long career developing and promoting products in the medical device and healthcare tech markets, I have seen the results of my efforts making a difference in peoples’ health, and in improving the efficiency of the healthcare industry. I am smart and analytical which led to much of my success, but I experienced anxiety and self-doubt from not knowing my true self and purpose.
Through years of serious challenges, from a major accident resulting in many medical issues to significant loss and change in my family, I have seen and overcome many of my limiting beliefs, gained many tools to keep me aligned with my best self. I have developed radical acceptance and gratitude for this moment and everything that has led to this moment.

This world has us believe that we are supposed to have things so we can do what we love so we can feel happy. Like the sports car commercials that suggest that if we have a cool car, we will get to attract the best partner, and we will be happy.
This is backwards. In reality, if we are being who we are meant to be, we will naturally do things from that perspective, which will get the results we have always wanted. For example, we can be grateful as a conscious choice, which will lead us to doing things we love and attract people we love, and this will lead to having more of the life we really want.
